Le Petite Sofa Requests For
All guests to be free of any hair chemicals or nail polish.
All guests to wear a leotard or light undershirt. We understand children's skins are sensitive and costumes can be itchy for some children.
Confirmation of final guest count to be made six calendar days prior to event. We will contact you six days prior to address any questions and for final guest count.
Booking, Deposit & Cancellation
When booking any packages or parties we require a 50% deposit. Payment is done by transfer to our account or by attending the lounge.
Deposit is necessary to reserve the date and time of your event.
Deposit will be applied to your balance. Final balance is due on the day of the event at the beginning of the event.
In case event needs to be changed or canceled: no extra payment for the 1st change (must be done 2-3 weeks from original date). If change is made 1 week before the due date, 20% of the deposit will be deducted. Thereafter deposit is non-refundable.
Liability
Le Petite Sofa Lounge is not responsible for any accidents including but not limited to slips, falls, or injuries caused on premises, during your service, or celebration.
Le Petite Sofa Lounge is a child friendly environment however we understand at times accidents may occur.
